Where do you ship?

We currently ship to the United States only. At this time, we do not offer shipping to other countries or regions unless otherwise stated on our website or at checkout.

How long does order processing take?

Orders are usually processed within 1-3 business days after payment has been successfully confirmed. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.

What shipping options do you offer?

We offer Standard Shipping and Expedited Shipping for orders within the United States. Standard Shipping usually takes 7-12 business days and costs $9.99, with free standard shipping on orders of $69 or more. Expedited Shipping usually takes 5-7 business days and costs $19.99.

What is the estimated total delivery time?

Total delivery time includes both order processing time and shipping time. Standard Shipping usually takes about 8-15 business days in total, while Expedited Shipping usually takes about 6-10 business days in total. Delivery times may vary due to carrier operations, weather, holidays, peak seasons, or other unforeseen delays.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. You can use this tracking number to check the shipping status of your order at any time.

What should I do if I entered the wrong shipping address?
